This Privacy Policy covers NoxTri (“we”, “us”), the independent studio that makes games and apps, itself: the NoxTri pages of this site (logventure.net/games and the pages under it), NoxTri’s accounts on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, and NoxTri’s internal tools, including NoxTri Uploader. Each NoxTri game and app has its own privacy policy; for a game or app, its own policy applies.
These pages have no account, no cookies, no analytics and no ads, and we collect no personal data from you. The platforms where you watch our videos handle your data under their own policies. NoxTri Uploader is an internal tool that uses YouTube API Services only to upload NoxTri’s own videos to NoxTri’s own YouTube channel; it does not access, store or share data about any other YouTube user.
1. This website
The NoxTri pages have no account, forms, cookies, analytics or ads. They write one flag to your browser’s session storage: that you have seen the NoxTri hub in this tab, so Logventure’s pages can show a link back to it. The flag never leaves your browser and is gone when you close the tab.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details in its server logs to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. Fonts are served from this site.
2. Our video channels
We post videos of our games on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. When you watch, like, comment on or follow, the platform handles that data under its own policy: the Google Privacy Policy (YouTube) and the TikTok Privacy Policy. We see only what the platforms show channel owners: public comments and usernames, and aggregate, anonymous statistics. We do not export or keep viewer data.
3. NoxTri Uploader and YouTube API Services
NoxTri Uploader is an internal tool that uploads NoxTri’s videos to NoxTri’s own YouTube channel. Only NoxTri uses it; it has no other users and is not offered to anyone. The tool uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.
- What it accesses: with permission from NoxTri’s own Google account, it reads the channel’s name and ID and the titles of the channel’s videos and playlists (so it never uploads a video twice and finds the right playlist). It uploads NoxTri’s own videos with their titles and descriptions, schedules them and adds them to NoxTri’s playlist.
- What it does not access: any information about other YouTube users or viewers; it does not read comments, audience lists or YouTube analytics.
- Storage: the authorization Google grants (an OAuth refresh token) is kept as a secret in the private, access-restricted environment that runs the tool, never in source code. Apart from the uploaded videos themselves, the tool keeps no YouTube data after a run.
- Sharing: we do not sell or share any data with third parties; the videos are sent only to YouTube.
- Revoking access: the channel owner can revoke the tool’s access at any time in the Google account security settings.

These pages and tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your rights
We hold no personal data about visitors to these pages or viewers of our videos, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data the platforms process, use their own controls.
