Cümbüş (the “App”) is a party game developed by Busra Hekimoglu, an independent developer publishing as NoxTri (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how, and applies to the App on iPhone.
Cümbüş doesn’t ask for an account, shows no ads, doesn’t track you and uses no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone; no data is sent to the developer. App Store privacy label: “Data Not Collected”.
1. Stored on your phone
The following is kept only on your device, in the App’s own storage, and is never sent to any server:
- player names you enter;
- scores, statistics and badges;
- words already played and words you marked “don’t show again” (so they don’t repeat);
- categories you write yourself;
- your settings (language, content level, timers, haptics) and whether you own the Full Pack.
Deleting the App deletes all of this. You can also clear scores with “Reset scores” on the scoreboard and hidden words with “Bring them all back” in Settings at any time.
2. Microphone (Say It Backwards)
Say It Backwards uses the microphone so it can reverse the song you hum. Permission is asked only the first time you open this mode. Recordings are kept as temporary files on the phone, played only during that round, and deleted when the round ends or you leave the screen. They are never sent anywhere or stored.
3. Face ID / device passcode
When you raise the content level above “Family”, the App asks for your device’s Face ID or passcode as an adult check. iOS performs the check; the App never sees your face data or passcode, only whether the check succeeded.
4. Purchases
The “Cümbüş Full Pack” purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple processes your payment details; the developer never sees them. The App only learns from Apple whether the purchase is valid and stores that on your phone. Loading and restoring the purchase connects to the App Store; Apple’s privacy policy applies to that.
5. Internet connection
The games work offline. The App connects to Apple’s App Store only while the Full Pack screen is open and when you tap “Restore purchase”. The privacy, terms and support links in Settings open these pages in Safari.
6. What we don’t collect
Cümbüş does not collect personal data, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or usage data. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools. It does not ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). That is why its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
7. Children
The App ships with family mode on and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Because the developer holds no personal data about you, there is no record to access, correct or delete. You can remove everything on your phone by deleting the App. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK, write to support@logventure.net.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective from October 26, 2026.
