This Privacy Policy explains how Calistik (the “App”) handles information. The App is developed and published by Busra Hekimoglu, an independent developer publishing as NoxTri (“we”, “us”). It applies to the App on iPhone.
Calistik collects no data. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, no network requests, no analytics, no crash reporting, no ads and no tracking. The sets you log, your steps and your preferences stay in a local database on your iPhone and never reach us. App Store privacy label: “Data Not Collected”.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, sell or share any personal data. The App has no accounts and no sign-in, we run no server for it, and it makes no network requests, so nothing about your workouts or how you use the App is sent to us or to anyone else. That is why its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
2. Information stored on your device
The App keeps the following only on your device, in a local database in its own storage:
- every set you log: which step, how many reps or seconds, and when;
- the step you have chosen on each path;
- your preferences: the equipment you have, home or gym, the paths in your workout, your rest time between sets, theme and language;
- that you have acknowledged the health notice.
This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. There is no cloud sync. Deleting the App deletes all of it. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud Backup or to a computer, that backup may include your Calistik data; Apple or your computer keeps it under your own Apple settings, and we have no access to it.
3. Health and workout information
The App does not ask you for health information and does not connect to Apple Health. The sets you log and your progress stay on your device as described above; we never see, use or share them.
4. Links and email
The App itself makes no network requests. The Privacy policy, Terms of use and Support links in Settings open these pages in a browser view inside the App, and the pages load from logventure.net like any web page. Tapping the support email address opens your mail app. The App sends none of your workout data when you do this.
5. No analytics, ads or tracking
The App contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking tools, and no third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect data. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, so it never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us under its own privacy policy; they do not contain your workout data.
6. Purchases
This version is free, with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If a later version adds a purchase, Apple will process it through the App Store and we will never see your payment details. We will update this policy before that version is released.
7. Children
The App collects no data from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the App. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK, contact us at the address below.
9. Changes to this policy
If the App changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if optional sync is added), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before that change is released.
