These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the NoxTri pages of this site (logventure.net/games and the pages under it) and to NoxTri Uploader, an internal tool of NoxTri (“we”, “us”), an independent studio. Each NoxTri game and app has its own terms of use; for a game or app, its own terms apply.
1. These pages
The NoxTri pages present our games and apps. You may use them free of charge to learn about them. You agree not to copy or republish their content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
2. NoxTri Uploader and YouTube
NoxTri Uploader is an internal tool that uploads NoxTri’s own videos to NoxTri’s own YouTube channel. Only NoxTri uses it, and it is not offered to anyone else. The tool uses YouTube API Services.
- By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- How the tool handles data is described in our Privacy Policy; how Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- The tool uploads only videos NoxTri owns or has the right to publish, and follows YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies.
- The tool’s access can be revoked at any time in the Google account security settings.
3. Intellectual property
Our games, videos, text, graphics and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. YouTube and related marks belong to Google LLC.
4. Disclaimer
These pages and tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
