This Privacy Policy explains how Constelia (the “Game”) handles information. The Game is developed and published by NoxTri (“we”, “us”). It applies to the Game on iOS and Android.
Constelia needs no account and we do not collect, sell or share your personal data ourselves. There is no sign-in, no server of ours, no analytics and no crash reporting; your progress stays on your device. The Game shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, the Game asks for your consent first, and on iPhone the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking. Buying “Remove ads” turns off the banner and the ads between turns.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no analytics and no crash reporting, we run no server for it, and it does not send your progress or settings to us.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves the following only on your device:
- your best score and the biggest star you have made (your Star Atlas is built from it);
- the game in progress, including your boosters;
- simple counters (games played and stars merged) and whether you have seen the tutorial;
- your settings (sound, music, vibration and language);
- whether you bought “Remove ads”.
This data is not sent to us and we cannot access it. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, an occasional full-screen ad between turns, and optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch for a booster or to continue a game. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising identifier (the IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; the Advertising ID on Android), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information about how ads load and perform. Google processes this information as an independent controller (or, where its terms say so, as our processor) under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the Game shows Google’s consent form before ads are requested. You can then change your choice any time in the Game under Menu → Privacy → Ad privacy options.
- iOS tracking: after that, the Game asks for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized using that identifier.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings.
- Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
4. Purchases
“Remove ads” is a one-time purchase handled by the App Store or Google Play. It removes the banner and the ads between turns; rewarded ads stay available if you choose to watch them. We do not receive your payment details; the store tells the Game only whether you own the purchase, so it can turn those ads off and restore the purchase on a new device.
5. Device permissions
The Game uses vibration (for haptic feedback), audio playback and, for ads, network access and the advertising identifier described above. It does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, photos or files.
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
7. Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the consent options above or Google’s controls. If you have questions about your rights under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK, contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before that change is released.
