These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Calistik (the “App”), developed and published by Busra Hekimoglu, an independent developer publishing as NoxTri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal use. Because you get the App from the Apple App Store, the App Store’s terms also apply.
2. Not medical advice
Calistik is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or coach. If you have an injury or a medical condition, check with a doctor before you start. Warm up first and stop at once if you feel pain. The App shows a health notice on first launch and asks you to acknowledge it before you go on; the same notice is in Settings → Health. The App’s suggestions to move to a harder or easier step are general suggestions based only on the reps and seconds you log; they know nothing about your health and do not assess it.
3. Assumption of risk
Like any exercise, calisthenics carries risks, including injury. By using the App you agree that you train at your own risk. It is your responsibility to choose a step that suits you, to listen to your own limits, and to train in a safe place with sturdy, properly set-up equipment (for example a sturdy table, chairs or a securely fixed bar). The animated demonstrations describe a movement; they cannot see or correct your form.
4. Your data and backups
The sets you log and your progress are stored only on your device; there is no cloud sync. If you delete the App, or lose your device without a backup, your data is lost and we cannot restore it.
5. Price
This version is free, with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If a later version adds a purchase, the App will show its price before you buy, and Apple will process it through the App Store under its terms, including its refund rules. We will update these Terms before that version.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the App, except as allowed by law, and not to use the App in any unlawful way.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, animated demonstrations, graphics and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, always available or lead to any particular training result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, harm or health problem arising from your use of the App or the exercises in it, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
