These terms apply to Daubie (“the app”), made by Busra Hekimoglu (NoxTri). By using the app you agree to them.
1. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on iPads you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app is free to download.
2. Daubie+
Daubie+ is an optional add-on bought once through the App Store; it is not a subscription and does not renew. It adds more brushes, pages, papers, covers, frames and wallpapers; the core of colouring stays free. The purchase belongs to the Apple Account that made it and can be restored with Restore purchases on iPads signed in to that account; it is not shared through Family Sharing. Payment, refunds and billing follow Apple’s terms.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app, its colouring pages, its mascot or its sounds, except as the law allows.
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law gives you that right.
- Use the app in a way that breaks the law.
4. Your pictures and paintings
The pages you colour and the pages you make from your own pictures are yours and stay on your iPad. For photo to page, choose only pictures you have the right to use; you are responsible for that use. You are welcome to share your finished pages personally.
5. Ownership
The app, its name, the Daubie mascot, its colouring pages and its design belong to Busra Hekimoglu (NoxTri).
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or that saved pages can never be lost. We suggest keeping pages that matter to you by sharing them or through your iPad’s backup.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Busra Hekimoglu (NoxTri) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. The App Store
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The last updated date above shows the latest version.
