Daubie (“Daubie”, “the app”) is an iPad-only colouring book made by Busra Hekimoglu (NoxTri). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
Daubie collects no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDK, and the app does not connect to the internet on its own. The pages you colour, your notebooks and your gallery wall stay on your iPad. App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller for everything this policy describes is Busra Hekimoglu, the developer who publishes Daubie as NoxTri. You can reach us at support@logventure.net.
2. What stays on your iPad
Your coloured pages, your notebooks (with the paper and cover you chose), your gallery wall and your settings are kept in the app’s own storage on your iPad. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. If your iPad’s backup is turned on (iCloud Backup or a backup to a computer), this data may be part of your personal backup; that is Apple’s service, not ours, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes your pages from the iPad too, so share anything you want to keep first.
3. Photo to page
Add page → From a picture turns a picture into a colouring page. You choose the picture yourself with the iPad’s own Photos picker or from Files; the app receives only the picture you choose, asks for no access to your photo library and never changes anything in it. The picture is turned into line art on your iPad and is never uploaded.
4. No network, ads, analytics or tracking
Daubie sends no requests to our servers or anyone else’s. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs, and because it does not follow you across other apps or websites it never asks for tracking permission. When you tap Privacy Policy or Support in Settings, the page opens in your iPad’s browser. These pages load from logventure.net, hosted by Vercel, which may log basic technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
5. Sharing
A page leaves the app only when you tap Share, through the iPad’s share sheet, to the place you pick (for example Photos, Messages or Mail). The privacy policy of the app or service you pick applies there. We never receive what you share.
6. Daubie+
Daubie+ is an optional one-time purchase sold by Apple through the App Store; it is not a subscription. Apple processes the payment. We receive no payment details, no Apple Account details and no other personal data. The app only asks StoreKit on your iPad whether Daubie+ is unlocked; when you buy it or tap Restore purchases, that question goes to Apple’s App Store.
7. Sounds and music
Brush sounds, effects and background music play from inside the app, on your iPad. Daubie does not use the microphone. If you are listening to your own music, Daubie never interrupts it, and its background music does not start.
8. Permissions
Daubie asks for no camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo library permission. Picking a picture and sharing use iPadOS’s own picker and share sheet.
9. The App Store
Apple may collect information when you download, update or buy apps, under its own privacy policy. It may share anonymous, aggregated statistics with us (for example download numbers or, if you chose to share analytics with app developers, crash counts). This information does not identify you.
10. Children
Daubie is suitable for all ages (4+) but is not listed in the App Store’s Kids category. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
11. Your rights
Under laws such as the GDPR (and Türkiye’s KVKK) you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. Daubie holds no personal data about you, so there is no record for us to hand over or delete: everything in the app is on your iPad, where you can see, change and delete it yourself. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and you can exercise all of these rights over that email by writing to support@logventure.net.
12. Changes
If a version adds a feature that changes this policy, such as iCloud sync, we will update this page, its “Last updated” date and the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
