Where are my drawings saved?
Only on your iPad, in the app’s own storage. There is no account or cloud sync, so they do not move to other devices; if your iPad’s backup is on, they come back with it. Deleting the app deletes your pages, so share the ones you want to keep first.
How do I restore my Daubie+ purchase?
Sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with, then tap Settings → Daubie+ → Restore purchases. Daubie+ is not shared through Family Sharing.
Does Daubie need the internet?
No. Colouring, photo to page, sounds and music all work offline. You only need to reach the App Store to buy or restore Daubie+.
Does it work with Apple Pencil?
Yes. Brush strokes and their sound respond to your pencil’s pressure and speed. Double-tap or squeeze the pencil to switch to the eraser. You can paint with a finger too.
How do I undo?
Tap with two fingers to undo and with three fingers to redo.
Why won’t the paint go past the lines?
Stay-in-lines protection is on by default: the brush keeps to the area you started in. Switch to Free paint while colouring to turn it off.
How do I see the intro again?
Settings → Tips → Show the welcome again.
