These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Peelpack (the “App”), its shared link pages and Peelpack Plus, developed and published by Busra Hekimoglu, an independent developer publishing as NoxTri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, or by reserving an item on a shared link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the links.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal use. Because you get the App from the Apple App Store, the App Store’s terms also apply.
2. Your content
Your photos, stickers, titles and notes are yours, and we claim no rights to them. When you share a board or kit, you give us the permission we need to store it and show it to people who have its link, until you stop sharing. Only add photos you have the right to use; product pictures from shop pages belong to their owners and are for your personal use.
3. Shared links and reservations
Anyone who has the link can see a shared board or kit, and you choose who to send it to. Do not share anything unlawful, hateful or sexual, or anyone else’s private information. Reservations are informal notes between you and your friends: no purchase, payment or delivery happens through Peelpack, and we do not guarantee that anyone will get or bring what they reserved. A name you type on a kit is visible to everyone with the link. A link shows at most 60 items, and the number of reservation changes from one address in an hour is limited. We may delete a link that is reported to us as unlawful or abusive or that breaks these Terms.
4. Automatic cutouts and link import
Background removal is automatic and can be imperfect; you can correct it with Fix cutout. Titles and pictures read from a product page can be wrong or out of date, and choosing the right picture is up to you. Peelpack does not track prices and sells nothing.
5. Free version and Peelpack Plus
Peelpack is free for up to 200 stickers, 5 boards and 3 kits. Sharing links and reservations are always free, with no limit. Peelpack Plus unlocks unlimited stickers, boards and kits. You can choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase. On the US App Store the prices are $4.99 a month, $29.99 a year and $59.99 for lifetime; in other countries the App Store sets the price in your local currency and shows it before you buy. Prices may change.
6. Subscription terms
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, for the yearly subscription with a free trial, when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone (your Apple Account settings). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged; any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple decides who is eligible for the free trial.
7. Lifetime purchase, restoring and refunds
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Restore purchases, in Settings and on the Peelpack Plus screen, brings your purchases to another device signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple handles refunds under its own policies. If Plus ends, nothing is deleted: you keep everything you made, but you cannot add new stickers, boards or kits beyond the free limits.
8. Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your iPhone and, with iCloud on, in your own iCloud. If you lose your device or delete the App while iCloud is off, your data is lost and we cannot restore it. A shared link is a copy, not a backup.
9. The link service
We provide the link service as it is. We may change its limits or end it; if we end it, links stop working, and your boards and kits in the App are not affected. Where we can, we will announce this in the App or on this page beforehand.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the App, except as allowed by law; not to overload the link server or try to get around its limits; and not to use the App or its links in any unlawful way.
11. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you; your content stays yours.
12. Disclaimer
The App and the link service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or always available.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its links, including lost data or a reservation that was not kept. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
