Frequently asked questions
How do I make a sticker?
Tap + on a board, in My Things or in a kit, then choose Take a photo, Choose from Photos (screenshots work too) or Paste a shop link. Peelpack cuts the item out on your iPhone and adds a white edge.
The cutout isn’t right.
Tap Fix cutout and paint with the brush in Erase or Restore mode; you can change the Brush size and use Undo, then tap Done. If Peelpack can’t find one clear object, the whole photo becomes the sticker.
The link didn’t find the right picture.
After Get images, Pick the right image from the ones found on the page, then tap Use this image. If the page can’t be read, try Use a screenshot. Peelpack reads the page directly from your iPhone, and some shops block that.
How do I mark something I bought as “I have it”?
Open the sticker and switch I want it to I have it. On a board you can also tap Select, pick several stickers and tap Got it; they move to My Things.
How do kits work?
In Kits, start from a template or an empty kit, then Add from My Things or Snap a new thing. Tap a sticker to pack it, and tap Unpack all when you’re back, so the kit is ready next time.
How do I share a board or kit?
Open the board or kit, tap the share button, then Create link, and send the link to whoever you like. The link includes the first 60 items. If you change something later, tap Update link; until then the link shows the old version.
Do my friends need the app?
No. They open the link in any browser, with no app and no account, and reserve with one tap.
Who sees the names?
Boards use surprise mode: you see how many items are reserved, never who reserved them, and names are shown to no one. On kits everyone sees who brings what, including you, on the kit’s share screen.
How do I stop sharing?
Tap the share button on the board or kit, then Stop sharing. This deletes the link, its reservations and its images from the server. Deleting the board or kit does not stop its link, so tap Stop sharing first. If you can no longer do that, email us the link and we will delete it.
Can I reset the reservations?
Yes. Reset reservations makes everything on the link available again; the link keeps working.
Does Peelpack upload my photos?
No. Your photos and stickers stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Only the name, titles and sticker images of a board or kit you share as a link are uploaded. There are no ads, analytics or tracking; see the Privacy Policy.
What if I get a new phone or reinstall the app?
With iCloud on, your stickers, boards and kits come back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Settings shows “Syncing with iCloud” or “iCloud is off”; with iCloud off, the data is on that iPhone only.
What does Peelpack Plus include?
The free version includes 200 stickers, 5 boards and 3 kits; Plus makes them unlimited. Sharing and reservations are always free. Use Restore purchases in Settings to get your purchase back, and cancel a subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. See the Terms of Use for details.
