These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Decodia (the “Game”), developed and published by NoxTri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. When you get the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply.
2. Fiction only
Decodia is a puzzle game with a fictional “hacking” theme. Its systems, codes and techniques are made up. The Game does not teach, and must not be used as a guide to, accessing real computer systems.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the Game or its content, except as allowed by law, and not to use the Game in any unlawful way.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, including its puzzles, text, graphics, sounds and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Your progress
Progress is saved only on your device. It can be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices, and we cannot restore it.
6. Purchases
The mobile apps offer one optional purchase, “Remove ads”, which turns off ads and makes all hints free on the store account that bought it. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund rules. Use RESTORE PURCHASES in the app to get the purchase back after reinstalling or on a new device.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
