Delete in the app
- Open Logventure and go to Profile > Settings.
- In the Legal section, choose Delete account.
- Confirm deletion.
- Deletion happens immediately when you confirm and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period, review, or grace period.
What is deleted
Your account and everything tied to it: profile, game diary, ratings, reviews, collections, Top 4 selections, squad memberships, uploaded avatar and squad images, sign-in credentials including your Apple sign-in link, Steam connection, notification settings, subscription record, and analytics data.
What is kept
A non-identifying record that a deletion occurred, and any game-title requests you submitted, with the reference to you removed. Nothing else is kept.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Logventure Pro subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@logventure.net from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” Include your username or account email.
