These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Pawzle (the “Game”), developed and published by NoxTri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. Because you get the Game from the Apple App Store, the App Store’s terms also apply.
2. Free play and the Full Version
The daily puzzles and 60 pack puzzles of each puzzle type are free. The optional “Full Version” unlocks every puzzle pack. Treats, streaks and Cat Café cats exist only inside the Game: they have no money value and cannot be sold, traded or transferred.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the Game or its content, except as allowed by law, and not to use the Game in any unlawful way.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, including its design, puzzles, text, graphics and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
5. Your progress
Progress is saved only on your device; there is no cloud sync in this version. It is lost if you delete the app or change devices, and we cannot restore it. The Full Version itself can be restored from the App Store (see below).
6. Purchases
The “Full Version” is a one-time purchase (non-consumable) that unlocks every puzzle pack. “Small Treat” and “Big Treat” are optional tips (consumable): they are just a thank-you and add nothing to the Game. There are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store under its terms, including its refund rules. To get the Full Version back after reinstalling or on a new device, use Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
